| Beth Smolens Luce was born in Philadelphia, on September
4th, 1958. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the Bar of the
U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1983. She
attended Connecticut College (B.A. 1980) and Villanova University (J.D.
1983). She served as an Assistant and Deputy District Attorney in the
Bucks County District Attorney's Office From 1983 to 1986. She is member
of the Bucks County (Chairman, Young Lawyer's Section, 1989-1990) and
Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Her practice is primarily limited to Family
