| Stuart Wilder was Born in Plainfield, New Jersey on August
3, 1954. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, I979, the U.S. District
Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1980, the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Third Circuit in 1981, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1990. He
attended La Salle College (B.A., 1972) and Temple University School of Law
(J.D., 1979) (where he authored the Comment, "All Courts Shall Be
Open: The Public's Right to view Judicial Proceedings and Records,"
52 Temple Law Quarterly 311, 1979). He served as Assistant Public
Defender, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, 1979-1986 (Chief of Appeals,
1981-1986), Assistant District Attorney, Philadelphia, 1986-1988. He has
also served as President of the Planned Parenthood Association of Bucks
County, 1993-1993. He is a member of the Bucks County (Member, Board of
Directors, 1990-1992; Chairman, Criminal Law Section, 1998-19999) and
Pennsylvania Bar Associations as well as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers.
He practices in the areas of Civil, Criminal and Family Law , as well as
Appellate Practice. |
